Outstanding academic instruction, coupled with biblically-informed inquiry, develops today’s learners and tomorrow’s leaders.

Our core studies

Academic programs
Academic and spiritual excellence is at the core of our educational process. Our goal is to provide the best environment possible for dynamic learning with application to occur. Scripture is given preeminence in all curricular instruction. Core subjects include: Bible, Reading, Social Studies, History, Language Arts, Math (including pre-Algebra and Algebra at upper levels) and Science. Cape Christian uses the Bob Jones curriculum.

Home schooling

part-time students
In addition to our full-time students, we also admit students who are home schooled for their core curriculum but want to interact with other students and our faculty through electives.

elective programs

Across all grades
Our electives, which are offered based on the time of year and number of students, include Chime Choir, Choir, Physical Education, Art, Speech, Keyboarding, Yearbook , Speech & Word, Reading Composition, Health and Mechanical Drawing. We also look for other opportunities such as special events and field trips that build upon classroom instruction.

The Arts

Fine art and music
The arts program adds breadth to a Cape Christian education. It not only pushes students to dramatically improve their talents, but it also provides knowledge, experience, and practical application. Visual and performing art courses offer students the opportunity to explore and discover their inherent creative gifts, and to share these gifts in significant ways. Our students are given various opportunities to perform and showcase their work throughout the year.

Team programs
Cape Christian offers an intramural program that assigns students to a team with their peers. This program is designed to allow students the opportunity to gain experience in the sport of the season and to work on team-building skills. During the school year, various sports are offered. The sports program is a safe environment to learn, develop skills, compete, and most of all, have fun.
